I notice you have the Pro plugin enabled, we can only support Events Manager here if the issue is related to Pro. You can rule out other plugins/themes by using this add-on we wrote – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-safe-mode/

this seems to be an intermittent issues.

However Did you try the EXHIBIT AT THIS EVENT Button Form? As this is the one that keeps getting the error…

Have you had anyone else report if this Network Error?
