I’ve not seen that error in option-captcha-threshold.php specifically. I see in your diagnostic that the wfls tables in the database were created on a different date/time to the wf tables. There are various reasons the date could be different, but it seems to stand out.
If you deactivate Wordfence using the Keep all Wordfence tables and data option (when prompted) and then activate it again, do additional rows show up in wfls_settings, including captcha-stats? On a test site without that value, that method works for me to create the required field value that’s missing in the error.
