Pertanyaan tentang pembaruan status pesanan otomatis di plugin GLS WooCommerce

Hello.

I am setting up online stores in the WooCommerce environment. One of my clients is using your GLS WooCommerce plugin.

At the moment, the plugin works partially automated:

• the tracking number is generated automatically,
• the shipping label is created automatically via the plugin.

I would like to know if it is possible to further automate the plugin/integration so that the order status in WooCommerce is updated automatically (e.g. to a custom status “Shipped”) when GLS picks up the parcel.

Could you please let me know:

• whether this functionality is already included in your plugin (and where it can be configured),
• or if it is only possible via an API connection,
• and whether there are any additional costs or requirements for access to this functionality?
