i found out that in /wp-admin/options.php

there are 3 options-do I need to modify them to get to the new layout?

sydney-update-Header
sydney-update-header-dismiss
sydney-update-hf-dismiss

The Sydney header is currently at version 3. To update to the latest header version (Header & Footer Builder), please follow these steps:

• Under /wp-admin/options.php, set the value of sydney-update-header-dismiss to 0 then save the changes, and you will get the notice to upgrade from v1 to v2.
• Click the upgrade button in the notice to upgrade to v2.
• After this, set the value of sydney-update-hf-dismiss to 0 then save the changes, and you will get the notice to upgrade from v2 to v3.
• Click the upgrade button in the notice to upgrade to v3.

to go first from v1 to v2 and do all the settings and then from v2 to v3?
