As far as I can tell, WooCommerce does not provide these very basic links on their Cart or Shop pages. Every other online shopping experience I’ve ever encountered has these, providing easy navigation between the pages. Shoppers expect this.
So it seems like quite an oversight for WooCommerce to not at least give admins the option to show these type of links. Eg, “Continue Shopping” on the Cart page, and “Back to Cart” on the shopping page.
Also, there’s a buggy thing where, on a product page (at least if you’re using PayPal as your merchant services provider), the PayPal (and others like Venmo, Google Pay, etc, if enabled) buttons show, but only sometimes does the “Proceed to Checkout” link show. And there is no “Pay by Credit Card” type button. Therefore, shoppers may think there are no other options for paying than those presented, and leave before even going to the Cart or Checkout.
If you do proceed to checkout, then you can pay with a credit card, but the “Proceed to Checkout” link does not inform users as to whether this is so. Why isn’t there a Pay by Credit Card button, or at least the option to show it?
