I have a request and I’m not sure if this is the proper place to share it. However, I will write it, and you can direct me if needed.
I have an issue with course completion for a large number of users—around 24,000 students. I didn’t know that completion is only achieved by finishing all the activities (lessons, quizzes) in the course. For me, the majority of the students are taking the lessons on Telegram, as I post them there as well. The exam, however, is only on my website.
So now, more than half of the students are only taking the exam on the platform, and the lessons on the Telegram group. The issue is that these students are not completing the course because they didn’t open the lessons on the course platform, and I can’t ask them to do so at this point.
What I want is a plugin or solution to mark the course as completed only for users who have passed the exam, I’m not sure if your plugin will work, because I see that ID and email are required. I do have the ID, but since I use phone numbers for registration and the email field is not required, some users don’t have email addresses.
