The website is a multisite, and our Duplicator Pro license expired couple of weeks ago, and I wanted to create a manual backup but there is no option on one of the websites. There is an option one domain as you can see in the screenshot, but not on the other which is a multisite. I. have deactived and activated again / purged the cache etc.
