I am a WooCommerce customer and have purchased 2 plugin extensions over 2 separate accounts and I am locked out of both. I need to access invoice documents but when I try to login I get sent into an endless cycle of “Enter your old WooCommerce.com email and password to complete the connection” and it tells me then I have invalid credentials. I have reset my passwords multiple times. And tried to access via Login link. All of it sends me in this cycle.
To make this even more fun, i cannot write the support, because I need to be logged in to access support. It’s ridiculous.Every year when I try to access my documents it is a pain in the a**. It’s just annoying!
So please reach out to me here and offer me a solution!
