By default, Strong Testimonials posts do not appear in the site’s main RSS feed.
If you’re seeing testimonials show up there, it’s very likely that another plugin or your theme is modifying the feed query to include all public post types (for example, some SEO or RSS-related plugins can do this automatically).
Could you please share the exact link where you’re seeing the testimonials appear ? For example, is it at /feed/ or a different feed URL? That would help us better understand what’s happening.
You can also try temporarily deactivating plugins one by one, or switching to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Five, to see which one is adding testimonials to the feed.

The feed URL is https://roughblobbyshapes.com/feed/
The theme is just good ol Twenty Thirteen.
Do they show for you? Any ideas?
