At the beginning of the year, the documentation team started triaging the almost 800 open issues in the GH issue tracker. Triage is finalized and the documentation team continues to work on closing issues and updating the user documentation.

Several things have happened since as the team continues to overhaul the documentation. So far, the documentation team has closed over 200 open issues and properly labeled every issue.

Besides the overhaul, the docs team is focusing on WordPress 7.0 documentation and a revision of the handbook to include the recommendations given by @rossanatrujillo, a student from the WPCredits program.
